Terms of service

We only stock Saltwater Veterans t-shirts and caps.  All other items are custom ordered.

Refunds will only be given if the Saltwater Veterans branded or custom-ordered product is faulty as required by customer law.

For standard stocked items, you may exchange your purchase for another item of your choice (subject to availability) within 14 days of the purchase date.

All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, meaning they must be in a new, unused, and unworn condition.

We can only process changes or refunds for products bought at our retail stores. We cannot exchange products purchased at another retailer's store or website.

Proof of purchase is required for ALL items returned to us.
